Black or Blue TV Screen

What do I do if I have a black or blue screen on my TV?

1 - First thing you should do is check the cables, making sure each connection is plugged in and tight.

2 - Can you change channels up or down? If so then call the Network Operation Center at 541-329-0229 to report an outage. The NOC can assist in further troubleshooting if we verify the channel is up.
