Good Morning Gary, Just a note to say thank you for the excellent service we received having ComSpan installed in our beach house. I know the company had some difficulties at first but as it turned out it was worth waiting for. Any assistance we need is only a phone call away. Thanks to people like Sandi and Joe and the entire staff. My home is a vacation rental and we have had only good response from out guests on the TV, Internet Service and Telephone. It is very important to us that we offer out guests the best service possible. ComSpan made that a reality. We are happy customers and would highly recommend your company. We would like to see this service come to our home town of Sisters, OR. We would be the first to sign up. Larry & Carol Stotts |

Hello Gary, I want you to know I was talking about you and Comspan this week. I'll tell you what I've told others about you-I see a wonderful future for Comspan as a member of the Bandon community. As with all new ventures there were problems but I am pleased at the positive persistence Comspan is keeping. It is very frustrating when plans fail to bloom as expected but the secret to success is a positive attitude and the drive to achieving the goals. I am grateful that you and Jason met with me, as I understand you've met with other community members, to learn more about Bandon. That is the best way to become a good citizen of any community. I appreciate that you listened more than you talked and that you took notes, again, a sign of a professional. Having lived in Silicon Valley and having seen many software programs implemented in my police career in San Jose, I know well that problems occur in all software implementations. It does take time to work through and it is usually worth the process. I was impressed with the tour of your office and hardware and the capacities of your equipment. Good luck to you personally and professionally and to Comspan. Thank you for your assistance to the Youth Center and the new service you've installed there. You provided solutions to problems. Sincerely, Jim Giambrone, Jr. |

Dear Mr. Broda: I would like to compliment your organization involving the recent installation at my business, 2nd Street Gallery, located in Old Town Bandon. From the start, your office staff, Sandi and Grant, patiently and professionally outlined your packages and answered my questions in a timely manner. The install was flawless and perfectly orchestrated. Everything was completed to my exact specifications by your extremely knowledgeable, technical team. Finally, the few questions I had adter we were up and running, were quickly answered by Carri over the phone as I was using the system. This said, I would strongly recommend your product and organization for cable, internet access and phone service connectivity in Bandon. Sincerely yours, Richard A. Rahmlow |

ComSpan Communications is moving ahead in both Coquille and Myrtle Point. And that's good news for its citizens. I've been hooked up to ComSpan's Internet service in Bandon for quite a few months, and I love it. Not only is it faster than I could ever have dreamed, its only $21.95 a month. Before, like a lot of people in Bandon, I had dial-up service. What a pain. Not only could I not use my phone when I was "on-line," but it took forever to connect. I haven't signed up for TV or telephone services, because I principally use a cell phone and no longer have any reason for a landline. But, through ComSpan, you can get all three services - on one bill - for under $100. And that's a great deal. When I first learned that ComSpan was going into Coquille, I was a little concerned because all the "bugs" hadn't been worked out of the Bandon system. But that's a thing of the past. I no longer hear any complaints; and certainly I know first hand that their Internet service is completely dependable. I did have some problems at first, and ComSpan was great. They sent technicians to my house (once there were four of them including several from Hitachi) to get the problem worked out. And they did. It's smart to sign up early because people who wait too long may have to pay a hook-up charge. |

Joseph Bain |
Remember me? My name is Joseph Bain and I thought at Coquille High School during the 80's. Since then I've owned and operated Bain Insurance in Bandon. I have signed up both my home and business with ComSpan because their services bring increased value to me. I save money, get one bill instead of 3 and - if I have a problem - ComSpan's support staff has it resolved within hours instead of days. Also, as a member of the Bandon Economic Development Committee, I believe the introduction of fiber optic service to Bandon will help our economy. |
