At ComSpan, we’re committed to giving you more choice and control over what you and your family watch on TV. All of our FiberCast Television packages give you access to easy to use and powerful parental controls. A valid PIN is required to change parental controls settings. Parental controls can be turned on and off so that adults can easily view the programs they want to watch.

Use parental controls to:

• Set maximum viewable ratings for movies and TV programs. The system uses TV Parental Guidelines and MPPAA ratings for movies. These ratings give parents and caregivers more information about content and age appropriateness of TV shows.
• Block unrated programs.
• Block channels.
